Day 1Arrival in London
Upon arrival in London, you will be transferred to your hotel.
Enjoy some free time to rest or explore the city on your own.
In the afternoon, refer to the notice boards in the hotel reception area for information about the official start time of your tour.
Day 2London City Tour & Optional Excursion
In the morning, enjoy a guided panoramic tour of London.
Major landmarks covered include Westminster, the Houses of Parliament, the financial district known as The City, and the River Thames.
The afternoon is free for you to explore on your own.
Optional excursion available: visit the Thames Valley, including a stop at Windsor, home to the majestic Windsor Castle.
Evening: Assemble at Piccadilly. Join a guided walk through Leicester Square, Chinatown, and Soho, known for its lively atmosphere, theatres, and entertainment.
Return to the hotel by bus.
Day 3London – Cambridge – York – Durham
Depart from London, travelling northward.
First stop: Cambridge. View the picturesque architecture of the university colleges that have educated many of the world’s greatest minds.
Continue the journey to York. Explore the grand York Minster (cathedral), walk along the Roman walls, and enjoy the vibrant streets lined with shops and cafes. Free time to wander and experience the charm of this historic city.
Travel further north to Durham. A mediaeval city known for its impressive cathedral and its hilltop castle.
Day 4Durham – Alnwick – Edinburgh
Depart Durham and head towards Scotland.
Stop at Alnwick. A quaint town famous for its expansive gardens and Alnwick Castle known from films like Harry Potter.
Arrive in Edinburgh around midday
