Refund requests must be sent in writing to contact@travelglobaltours.com.
Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Certain bookings, such as peak season (20 Dec – 05 Jan), promotional offers, or non-refundable rates, are not eligible for refunds.
All refunds are subject to the general liabilities and limitations mentioned in our Terms & Conditions.
In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason, we must be notified in writing.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive written advice and are as follows:
45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the Tour/service cost
15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the Tour/service cost
7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/service cost
48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No refund
💡 Written cancellations sent on Sundays will be considered on the next working day (Monday).
If you cancel after the trip has commenced, any refund will be restricted to the amount that can be recovered from hotels, contractors, or service providers.
Visa fees, travel insurance, and third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.
For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation, or missed meals, we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
In cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or events beyond our control, we will make every effort to offer alternatives. However, refunds will depend on supplier policies and may be limited.
